The Luxury apartment,is located in the centre next to ST.PETER and 50 mt. from St. Peter’s METRO STATION. You can easily reach the most beautiful and important parts of the city' Within walking distance there are the Vatican museums, the wonderful Sistine Chapel , Saint Angel Castle, Gianicolo and Trastevere.

The apartment is also located 50 meters from the metro and 20 meters from the bus stop that takes you to Piazza Venezia Piazza di Spagna Piazza Navona and Castel Sant' Angelo.

I welcome guests personally at the time of their arrival and we are at their disposal to provide all the assistance and information they might need. I live 20 minutes away from the apartment, and I’m usually available throughout the duration of the complete holiday.

The flat is located in a central and quite area (San Pietro-Vatican) where you can stay very safe. There are lots of free parking if you come by car and it is easily reachable from the highway, although it is very central. Around the flat you can find good restaurants and pizzerie, coffee shops, ice cream, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, banks, bus stop, train station. Moreover the flat is walking distance to Gianicolo and Villa Pamphili two great green areas where you can walk or run or...just sit in front of a little lake and relax!

Bus stop is at 20 meters from the flat. San Pietro railway station is at 5 minutes walking distance: you can use it for going in other places inside Rome (e.g. Trastevere, Ostiense) or for going to Civitavecchia (where the cruises arrive) or to go to the airport of Fiumicino very easily

The subway and many buses are only a few meters from the house
